If you would like to spend some golden time with me :o) we can organise a one 2 one coaching session for you at $90 per hour.

Working in conjunction with the athlete we discuss over the phone what you would like to do (e.g. swim session), then organise a time and place.  During the session I will do an analysis of your technique and email this and also what we covered to you.  

If required video analysis can also be provided, however this will reduce the amount of coaching time (recommend a 90min session if you want to do video analyses)
