I will be doing an open water technique session and transition session.  During this session I will cover how to set up your transition area, transitioning from the swim to bike and bike to run, the session will finsih with some open water swiming.  This will be a recap on some of last Sundays session as well as drafting and a swim to finish.  

It will be at Pegasus Lake from 10:45am to 11:45pm, meet in the carpark by the main bridge.
